| From kindergarten through twelfth grade, Jefferson County Public Schools offer students the best educational programs and services in Oklahoma. Students are offered a challenging curriculum on every grade level. Our middle schools (grades 6-8) curriculum includes courses from algebra to computer literacy. We offer a host of exploratory courses such as band, chorus and art. Some of the extracurricular activities, include football, basketball, power lifting, golf, and track. Our public school systems are unique in having a fully comprehensive educational program nested in rural Oklahoma. In addition to the general and college-prep-courses, each high school offers vocational/technical training. With outstanding elementary, middle, and high schools we help produce bright, well-rounded students who are able to face the world fully prepared for college, business or other vocations, it is clear that Jefferson County Schools is the best place to learn. |
